All Nordic stoves have flat heavy steel or cast iron top plate lids that provide an excellent cooking surface. You can choose from radiant or convection heating distribution depending on the model that works best for you. There are 4 sizes to choose from ranging 6,800 BTU’s to 40,000 BTU’s.
